For your information, our design and processing time usually take 5-7 working days due to our products' customizable nature. United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 7-20 working days.

Others: 15-20 working days. These are estimates and often arrive quicker. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once it has been shipped. We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed. Normally, after 24 hours, your order will start to design and produce. We will not accept the return of custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at customer@iartify.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
